Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export shipments from factories to customers, including booking, shipping schedules, and delivery follow-up.

• Work closely with Sales, factories, forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

• Prepare, check, and follow up on shipping and export documentation accurately and on time.

• Follow up on packaging, labeling, loading, containers, ETD/ETA, and shipment status.

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively update relevant teams on any changes or delays.

• Handle daily logistics issues and coordinate with relevant parties to find timely solutions.

• Support the Logistics team in managing shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, and related logistics activities.

• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics data, and tracking reports in the company's logistics/ERP systems.

• Assist in checking freight costs, shipping charges, and other logistics-related invoices when required.

• Ensure all shipment information is properly updated and filed for internal tracking and reporting.

• Support other logistics and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or export/import operations is preferred.

• Experience in seafood, food trading, or FMCG is an advantage.

• Good command of English, especially in email communication and daily coordination with overseas customers and suppliers.

• Familiar with logistics/ERP systems, shipment tracking tools, MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Careful and detail-oriented, especially when handling shipping documents and shipment information.

• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to follow up on multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently while also supporting the wider Logistics team.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
