OBJECTIVES

- Manage the governance, planning and risk management functions across teams within IT Division

- Perform periodic checks according to current Policies and Procedures for compliance with requirements for reviewing and updating.

- Coordinate implementation and report related matters in compliance with organizational and state requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning & Strategy

- Develop and manage the compliance programs/action plan for departments at IT based on IT Division’s and company’s targets

• People Management

- Provide leadership, training opportunities and guidance to personnel

• Day-to-day Activities

- Guide and advise units in the IT Division on compliance-related matters.

- Liaison with and suggest direction to related governance functions (such as Risk Management, IT, HR, Legal and Compliance) plus senior and middle managers throughout the organization as necessary on compliance matters, policies, procedures, regulations

- Lead the review, evaluation, and updating of policies, standards, processes and guidelines at the IT Division

- Leads the monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal policies etc. applicable laws and regulations

- Leads or commissions activities relating to contingency planning, business continuity management and IT disaster recovery in conjunction with relevant functions and third parties.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree, major in IT or relating technical areas

- At least 10 years of experience in IT compliance management

- Technical knowledge and hand-ons on security like encryption, authentication, VPN, proxy, DDOS, firewall, IPS/IDS

- Excellent on Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems

- IT Risk management

- Policy development and administration

- Knowledge about circulars from SBV;

- Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills

- High standards of personal integrity

- Time flexibility

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English

- Other requirements (if any)
