Job Purpose

Implement performance–reward linkage and provide Total Rewards analysis to support differentiated, consistent and equitable salary, bonus and incentive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement performance–reward linkage across salary, bonus and incentive in line with approved Reward principles.

- Consolidate and analyze performance, salary, bonus, incentive and market data to support reward decisions and competitiveness.

- Support job evaluation, salary positioning and internal equity analysis through data preparation and insights.

- Provide data, analysis and calculation support for annual salary review, bonus and incentive cycles.

- Monitor reward outcomes, identify gaps and recommend improvements to ensure consistency and fairness.

Coordinate with HRBP, Performance Management and Business Units on performance and reward-related matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3–5 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics or related areas.

- Good knowledge of Total Rewards, salary structure, market benchmarking, job evaluation, internal equity and performance-based reward.

- Strong Excel, data analysis and numerical skills.

- Good stakeholder coordination, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
