Dealer Aftersales Supervisor (Giám Sát Hậu Mãi Khu Vực Miền Bắc / Miền Nam)

Process Standardization: Design, deploy, and continuously optimize After-Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), 5S guidelines, and workflow systems across the entire 3S Dealer network.

Quality & Infrastructure Auditing: Lead periodic service quality, safety, and infrastructure audits at dealer workshops, and manage the "Day 1 Readiness" process for newly established Service Hubs.

Performance & Data Management: Monitor and analyze key service metrics (e.g., Workshop Utilization, Technician Productivity, Customer Return Rate, Service Lead Time) using VMS/ERP systems to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Supply Chain & Warranty Optimization: Streamline warranty claim approval workflows and assist dealers with spare parts requirement planning (MRP) to ensure high fill-rates while minimizing dead inventory.

Dealer Enablement: Develop and deliver operational training programs for Dealer Managers and Service Advisors, focusing on system utilization, efficient workshop management, and customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS).

Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead Kaizen/Lean projects to eliminate operational waste, reduce customer wait times, and maximize workshop capacity across the network.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary operational liaison between the internal Manufacturing & Bike Servicing Department and external independent dealer partners, fostering a collaborative, win-win business relationship.

***Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in After-Sales Operations, Service Network Management, or Service Supply Chain, preferably within the automotive, EV, or high-tech retail industries.

System & Data Acumen: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using ERP/VMS systems. Ability to extract and interpret operational data to drive decision-making (familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a strong plus).

Process Improvement Skills: Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or ISO Quality Management Systems are highly advantageous.

Interpersonal Capabilities: Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively influence and guide independent business partners in a B2B2C model.

Adaptability: A proactive, problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment, along with a willingness to travel for network audits and dealer support.
