Job Purpose

Support Customer Service and Order Fulfillment activities by processing customer orders, preparing shipping documentation, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain customer orders in SAP.

Verify order information and delivery requirements.

Prepare shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.

Support order fulfillment activities from order receipt through shipment.

Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to support on-time delivery.

Monitor order and shipment status and follow up on pending actions.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Support other administrative and operational activities within the Customer Service.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Import-Export, Economics, or related disciplines.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Ability to read and write business emails in English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
