• Handle customer service and documentation tasks for Sea Export shipments.
• Coordinate bookings, vessel schedules, and shipment arrangements with customers, shipping lines, and related parties.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions (SI), VGM, Bill of Lading (B/L), Manifest, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation, and other departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Handle and follow up on shipment-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain proper filing and update shipment records and reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College/University degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Documentation, preferably in Sea Export.
• Basic knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and sea-freight documentation.
• Good English communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
