- Lead and oversee all Finance & Accounting activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and group governance requirements.

- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning to support company objectives.

- Manage and control the Company's financial performance, profitability, cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning.

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Oversee all accounting operations

- Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring across business functions.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Prepare reports and presentations for Management, Board of Directors, shareholders, and Group Headquarters.

- Support strategic business initiatives through financial analysis, investment evaluation, pricing review, and risk assessment.

- Oversee financial systems, accounting systems, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

- Build, develop, and lead the Finance & Accounting team through effective performance management, coaching, and succession planning.

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by CFO.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related disciplines. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior management position within Banking, Consumer Finance, Financial Services, or multinational organizations

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, high integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and financial systems; strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
