1. Marketing APL Budget, Planning & Investment Management

• Lead Marketing APL budget and forecast planning by activity/campaign, ensuring accurate and timely financial inputs and tracking actual performance against budget and forecast.

• Analyze Marketing investment performance by activity/campaign, including spending, phasing and sensitivities, and provide insights to support resource allocation and investment decisions.

• Highlight key variances, risks and opportunities to budget holders and Finance leadership, with recommendations to optimize Marketing investment and profitability.

2. NPD Stage & Gate Financial Management

• Act as Finance partner throughout the NPD Stage & Gate process, developing and validating financial business cases covering revenue, profitability and investment requirements.

• Advise, consult and influence key stakeholders on NPD financial assumptions and business cases, providing scenario and sensitivity analysis across volume, pricing, COGS, trade investment and Marketing investment.

• Provide financial recommendations for Go / No-Go decisions and track post-launch performance against the approved business case.

3. Brand & Segment Contribution Margin Analysis

• Prepare and maintain Brand & Segment Contribution Margin (CM) analysis, providing visibility of profitability across brands, segments and products.

• Analyze key profitability drivers, including pricing, volume, mix, trade investment and Marketing investment, with variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year.

• Translate CM analysis into actionable insights and recommendations to support portfolio priorities, resource allocation and investment decisions.

4. SAP & Financial Systems

• Support SAP system setup, maintenance and financial data requirements related to Marketing Finance processes.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of relevant system inputs supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

• Resolve system-related issues and provide timely support for Marketing Finance system requirements.

- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience

- Soft skills: Strong analytical and partnering abilities; proactive and situationally aware of partner needs; skilled in influencing, presenting, and communicating gracefully and tactfully in a strategic/theoretical style suited to MKT

- Hard skills: Able to speak MKT/TMKT's language; proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
