Tuyển dụng Chief Accountant (New Company)

Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting, taxation, and financial compliance activities of the company. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements, effective internal controls, and supports management in financial decision-making while leading the accounting team.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Tax Accounting.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses required by management and headquarters.

- Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Prepare and submit tax declarations, financial reports, investment reports, and other statutory filings.

- Liaise with tax authorities, customs authorities, auditors, and other government agencies.

- Manage tax audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Cash Flow & Internal Control

- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and intercompany transactions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

- Ensure proper safeguarding of company assets and compliance with internal policies.

Team Management & Business Support

- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure operational effectiveness.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to improve financial processes and business performance.

- Perform other assignments as directed by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

- Chief Accountant Certificate is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or equivalent accounting leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Experience managing import-export accounting and customs-related matters.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
