Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Chief Accountant to join our finance team at CasVie. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and experience in the manufacturing and import-export sectors. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Job Description:

- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, cash, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting.

- Control manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and production variances.

- Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

- Establish and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and document management systems.

- Coordinate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.

- Work with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other relevant agencies.

- Supervise and develop the accounting team and advise management on accounting, tax, and financial risks.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Chief Accountant Certificate as required by Vietnamese regulations.

- At least five years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory role.

- Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, tax, and statutory reporting.

- Experience in export or FDI manufacturing companies is preferred.

- Proficiency in MISA or other accounting and ERP systems.
