- Create a development strategy for the next one to three years. Forecast human resources and warehouse facilities to meet business needs.

- Implement strategy, operations and be responsible for operational and asset performance of Distribution Centers and Raw Material Warehouses in factories

- Properly measure, manage risks and control operational KPIs.

- Find innovative solutions to increase operational quality and reduce costs.

- Coordinate well with departments to increase logistics cost efficiency.

- Control operating costs within budget

- Assess arising risks and take appropriate actions to ensure smooth logistics operations, minimizing the risk of loss and damage of goods in import, export and storage.

- Participate in joint cross-departmental projects to promote company-wide operational efficiency or capture outstanding business opportunities

- Support staff in the department to complete the department's overall goals and improve customer service quality.

● Have knowledge of systems management, people, and the food or FMCG industry

● Interact with department employees, departments, customers, and carriers

● Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in foreign corporations, knowledge of ERP is preferred

● Flexibly handle arising issues in employee management. Use adaptive management operations

● Establish a Logistics development strategy from 1 to 3 years. Plan the resources needed to complete the goal.

● Good skills in leadership, problem solving & decision making, conflict handling. Have logical thinking and clear planning.

● Organize and supervise employees' work toward common goals.

● Pay attention, listen, orient and motivate employees to build collective strength.
