We are seeking a sustainability & compliance Manager to join our team, responsible for managing sustainability, social compliance, environmental compliance, and CTPAT programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international standards, leading audits and corrective actions, and driving compliance initiatives across the factory and subcontractors to support sustainable and responsible business operations.

This position is based at Regent Garment Factory 2, located in Hai Phong Province (formerly Hai Duong), under Crystal International Group (Hong Kong) – one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of apparel products.

Job description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain management systems for social compliance, environmental compliance, and CTPAT, ensuring compliance with customer Codes of Conduct, labor regulations, and international standards.

• Lead and coordinate internal & external audits, manage corrective action plans (CAPs), and ensure timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps.

• Lead compliance-related programs and projects from Corporate and customers, and establish compliance systems for subcontractors to ensure they meet requirements and pass customer audits.

• Liaise with factory teams, management, and customers to ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented; prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and customers.

• Lead and develop the compliance team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, while establishing departmental objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration or other related fields;

• At least 5 years of experience in Social Compliance and 2 years of management experience;

• Have the knowledge about the local law and Social compliance; SLCP, CTPAT, Higg FEM experience is preferable;

• Have analytical skills, strategic thinking, communications and influencing;

• Proficient in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

• Proficient in using Computer skills. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
