Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and manage key customers in the footwear materials industry. The role will work closely with Production, Development and Lab teams to deliver customer requirements, resolve commercial/technical issues and support business growth.

You will have the opportunity to work with international footwear customers and gain end-to-end exposure from material development and sampling to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily activities of team, direct & motivate them to complete the working tasks, target per assigned area

2. Supported sales staffs to cross –check: price, PI, tracking list, swatches, push delayed payment.

3. Work closely with production side to push delayed materials, adjust priority to catch shipment schedule.

4. Work in the behind sales staffs for guideline, consultancy to handle claim, price, delivery, technical support whenever team need advises/guideline/solutions.

5. Discuss, negotiate regarding sample policy, price, delivery, payment term, sales contracts.

6. Supported teams to negotiate & convince customers in case of delayed shipment, big claim to avoid loss/damage.

7. BOM/Forecast analysis & comparison.

8. Work with Development, Lab team to learn material’s features, technical information. Actively promote & introduce whenever R&D team launch out new seasonal material collection on time. Follow up sample preparation for making catalogue, hanger cards, sample swatches for vendor fairs.

9. Keep close tracking of sample trial from dev stage to mass production order for any new materials.

10. Maintain good relation by providing technical support, expert solutions, information, guidance & maximize sales volumes with current customer accounts.

11. Build up good relation, mutual trust, respect & understand with customers in order to get their support/ sharing information.

12. Attend seasonal, annual meeting with external customers to understand customers products, concern & related policy.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least a University degree holder in economics, foreign trade, marketing or related fields.

• Strong persuasion/negotiation skills.

• English fluency is a must. Other language skills beneficial.

• Extensive computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Highly motivated aggressive self-starter

• Strong product knowledge in Footwear Industry and Materials / Shoes factories

• Prefer experienced candidates from Development Department of Footwear Factory.

• Nationality: Korean/ Vietnamese
