Job Description:

- Build up working SOP of Reinsurance Dept. according to laws and company regulations;

- Set up yearly reinsurance programs for all business;

- Manage and oversee the non-life reinsurance operations at Fubon Vietnam Insurance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers and other stakeholders.

- Analyze and assess risks associated with reinsurance contracts.

- Prepare and present reports on reinsurance performance and strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on risk management practices.

- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape.

- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reinsurance processes and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-life reinsurance, with managerial experience preferred.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and communicate effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of reinsurance principles and practices.

- Proficiency in risk assessment and management.

- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
