- Coordinate team of QC and logistics to procure materials to factory.

- Manage office team to track purchase order status, ensure on-time payment to suppliers and compliance to corporate purchase and risk policy.

- Do material planning to avoid stock out situation for production.

- Manage supplier selection, supplier performance to ensure materials are bought at the right cost, right time and right quality.

- Conduct analysis for procurement activities, goods costing, models for determining right buying decision.

- Manage sustainability activities linked to procurement.

- Other tasks as assigned by leaders.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education/Academic: Graduate from school like Foreign Trade University, International University is a plus.

- Language/Computer Proficiency:

• Competent communication in Business English is preferred.

• Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills.

- Technical Skills/Competencies: Data Visualization; Data Cleaning; Microsoft Excel; Critical Thinking.

- Behavioral Competencies: Good communication, enthusiasm, responsible at work, high pressure ability.

- Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in procurement, agricultural product experience is an advantage.

• Having master overseas is a plus.

Willing to travel a lot.

Home location: It is strongly preferred that candidate is based in Mekong Delta (Can Tho….).
