1. JOB SUMMARY

The treasury accountant is responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s daily treasury and cash management activities, ensuring accurate cash reporting, timely bank reconciliations, effective liquidity management, and compliance with financial policies and controls. The role works closely with other teams to maintain accurate cash positions and support the company’s funding and working-capital requirements.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily cash balances, bank accounts, and cash movements.

• Prepare daily/weekly cash position and cash flow reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unusual transactions.

• Record and reconcile treasury-related accounting entries in the erp/accounting system.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and ensure timely settlement.

• Track short-term loans, credit facilities, and interest payments.

• Calculate and record interest expense and bank charges.

• Support fx transactions and hedging activities where applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, authorized signatories and banking documentation.

• Liaise with banks regarding payments, account matters, confirmations and banking services.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash and treasury accounts.

• Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the finance manager.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, cash management, or a related finance function.

• Candidates residing in Long An are preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.

• Experience with erp/accounting systems such as sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics, or similar.

• Good knowledge of microsoft excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
