1) Main daily Interpretation/Translation jobs

• To interpret for Japanese Top Management, Japanese Instructors…when required

• To interpret in regular daily, weekly or monthly meetings.

• To interpret in events and other meetings held by the company

• To translate documents as requested by departments from Japanese into Vietnamese or vice versa

2) HR & GA daily jobs

• Be assigned to do or support various HR & GA functions, including payroll calculation, recruitment, company event organization, meeting material and report preparation, and other daily administrative tasks.

• Handle or assist with Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance procedures.

• Be rotated across different functions within HR & GA Department and perform assigned tasks in both HR & GA gradually taking on broader responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate in Japanese or a related major (JLPT N2 or above).

• Age: 23–42 years old.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a foreign-invested manufacturing • company.

• Knowledge of technical terminology with good interpretation and translation skills.

• Good planning, organization and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word; English communication skills are an advantage.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proactive, honest, compliance-minded, hardworking, careful, detail-oriented and highly responsible.

• Can work overtime and under high pressure

• Residence in Hung Yen province is preferable

Quyền lợi

• Thưởng: Salary will be paid 100% during 2 months of probation period and commensurate with qualifications.
  In addition, total allowances to be paid after the probation period are 1,050,000 VND/month
• Nghỉ phép có lương: 12 annual leave + 03 long holidays (Tet holiday, April vacation and October vacation, each time lasts from 6 to 9 days).
• Xe đưa đón: Shuttle bus from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen to company.
