We are looking for a creative and proactive Video Content Production to join our Content team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media content, video production, and storytelling, especially within the beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry.

As a Video Content Production, you will support the team in creating engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Design teams to produce high-quality branded content while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for branding campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and community activities.

• Produce short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts following the company’s content direction and brand identity.

• Collaborate with the Content team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storytelling ideas.

• Support on-site video shoots at the office, events, workshops, spa/clinic locations, and other real-life settings.

• Assist in setting up filming equipment, lighting, and composition to ensure visual quality and brand consistency.

• Edit video content, including cutting, sound adjustment, subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, and color correction.

• Stay updated with social media trends, especially TikTok and Reels trends, to contribute fresh and engaging content ideas.

• Optimize video formats and editing styles for different social media platforms to improve reach and audience engagement.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Proactively suggest creative ideas to improve video quality, storytelling, and overall content performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, Design, or related fields.

• Basic experience in video editing, content creation, or social media production through internships, freelance work, personal projects

• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of filming techniques, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Knowledge of TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats and trends.

• Creative mindset with a strong interest in social media content and digital storytelling.

• Good teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus.

• Basic skills in motion graphics or color grading are an advantage.
