1. Livestream Planning & Operations Management

Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly livestream plans aligned with business objectives; hold accountability for GMV, Orders, Buyers, AOV, and GMV/hour targets.

Allocate livestream schedules, studios, hosts, and live-support assistants.

Manage the calendar for Mega Campaigns, Campaigns, and BAU (Business-As-Usual) sessions.

Ensure all livestream sessions are executed according to plan.

Manage cost efficiency and operational productivity of livestream activities.

2. Livestream Team Management

Build KPIs and scorecards for hosts.

Recruit, evaluate, and manage freelance and in-house hosts.

Manage and assign day-to-day tasks.

Monitor work progress, evaluate performance, and support resolution of arising issues.

Train and onboard new team members on operational processes.

3. Livestream Operations Coordination

Supervise all livestream activities in real time.

Coordinate hosts, live-support assistants, and studios.

Handle arising situations to ensure sessions run seamlessly and without interruption.

Control compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.

4. Livestream Content & Format Development

Build and optimize livestream formats in line with business objectives.

Optimize scripts, program flow, CTAs, and selling mechanics.

Develop playbooks and effective livestream models.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

Track key performance metrics, including:

GMV

GMV/hour

Orders

Buyers

Views

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

CVR (Conversion Rate)

AOV (Average Order Value)

Analyze performance by host, by time slot, and by campaign.

Recommend optimization plans for livestream scheduling, manpower, and operational costs.

Report results daily, weekly, monthly, and after each Mega Campaign.

6. Studio & Asset Management

Manage the livestream studio system.

Conduct periodic inspection of equipment, including:

Camera

OBS

Microphone

Lighting

Internet

PC

Capture Card

Manage assets, sample products, and materials used for livestream.

Plan investment, maintenance, and upgrades of equipment.

7. Operational Process Development

Build and update livestream operational SOPs.

Standardize pre-, during-, and post-livestream checklists.

Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce risks.

Standardize training materials and cross-team coordination procedures.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Brand teams to build livestream plans.

Collaborate with Content teams to develop livestream scripts.

Work with Design teams to prepare Key Visuals (KV), Overlays (OVL), and other visual assets.

Coordinate with Finance on POs, contracts, and payment matters.

Support the execution of Mega Campaigns and special projects.

9. Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Plan the rollout of new studios and operational projects.

Track project timelines, budgets, and progress.

Propose automation solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Research and implement new tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Livestream, E-commerce, or E-commerce operations.

• Proven experience in managing and coordinating a team of Hosts, Live-support Assistants, Studios, or Freelancers.

• Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live operations, and Livestream Commerce models.

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple livestream sessions simultaneously.

• Proficient in analyzing livestream metrics such as GMV, GMV/hour, Orders, Buyers, CTR, CVR, and AOV.

• Skilled in building SOPs, operational processes, and optimizing team performance.

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills across functions and external partners.

• Proactive, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to perform under KPI pressure and during Mega Campaigns.

• Preference for candidates with experience building or scaling livestream teams within the FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.
