Lead the NPD and Innovation agenda by building a strong, consumer- centric innovation pipeline that drives sustainable business growth, strengthens portfolio competitiveness, and improves speed-to-market.

The role owns the end-to-end innovation process, from consumer insight generation, opportunity sizing, concept development, business case creation, product development, commercialization, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Growth

• Define and lead the NPD & Innovation roadmap aligned with company, category, and brand growth priorities.

• Identify emerging consumer trends, unmet needs, category white spaces, and innovation opportunities.

• Prioritize innovation initiatives based on business potential, consumer relevance, feasibility, and strategic fit.

2. End-to-End NPD Leadership

• Own the full NPD process from ideation, concept development, validation, business case, product development, launch, and post-launch review.

• Ensure NPD projects are delivered on time, in full, within agreed quality standards and business expectations.

• Anticipate project risks and proactively align stakeholders on solutions, trade-offs, and escalation points.

3. Consumer & Market Insight Leadership

• Partner closely with CMI and Brand teams to translate consumer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into winning innovation opportunities.

• Ensure innovation concepts are supported by clear consumer benefits, differentiated propositions, and strong commercial rationale.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, CMI, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, Packaging, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.

• Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around innovation priorities, timelines, resource allocation, and launch readiness.

5. Commercialization & Launch Excellence

• Develop strong business cases, launch strategies, and commercialization plans for new products.

• Monitor post-launch performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimization actions.

• Drive innovation-led growth, profitability, market share gains, and long-term portfolio competitiveness.

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and coach the NPD / Innovation team to deliver strong project execution and consumer-led innovation thinking.

• Build capability in innovation process, project governance, consumer insight application, and commercial evaluation.

• Foster a collaborative, ownership-driven, and agile way of working across teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Personal Care, Beauty, Food, or related industries.

• Strong experience in Brand Marketing, NPD, Innovation, Product Management, Category Management, or R&D partnership.

• Proven track record of leading successful product launches from concept to commercialization.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights into scalable business opportunities.

• Strong understanding of innovation process, stage-gate governance, business case development, and launch excellence.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
