Tuyển dụng Accounting Manager (Outsourcing Services) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Client service and delivery management

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients; manage client relationships and ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard;

• Oversee the collection of accounting and tax documents from clients and ensure their completeness and validity before processing;

• Review bookkeeping and general ledger entries prepared by team members to ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting records;

• Review and approve financial statements and management reports prepared for clients in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and applicable regulations;

• Review and approve tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) and other statutory reports before submission to ensure accuracy and timely compliance;

• Provide professional advice to clients on accounting, tax and related regulatory matters; identify risks and propose practical solutions;

• Draft, review and negotiate accounting and tax service agreements; prepare fee proposals and scopes of work for new and existing clients;

• Represent clients in dealings with tax authorities and other government bodies, including tax audits, inspections and dossier follow-up, and resolve any issues arising;

2. Team leadership

• Lead, supervise and develop a team of accountants; allocate workload, set deadlines and monitor team performance;

• Train and coach team members on technical matters and keep the team updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations;

• Participate in recruitment, performance evaluation and career development of team members;

3. Operations and internal coordination

• Coordinate with other internal departments (legal, HR, payroll and corporate services) to resolve client issues and deliver integrated solutions;

• Develop and maintain internal working procedures, checklists and quality control standards for the outsourcing accounting function;

• Support business development activities, including client meetings, service proposals and onboarding of new clients;

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Auditing;

• Professional certification (Chief Accountant Certificate, Tax Agent Certificate, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is a strong advantage;

• At least 05 years of experience in accounting/tax outsourcing firms, including at least 02 years in a supervisory or managerial role;

• Proven experience in working directly with clients, preferably foreign-invested enterprises (FDI);

• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax laws (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) and related regulations;

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must;

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. MISA, Fast or equivalent);

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines;

• Immediate availability is preferred.
