A. Role Expectations

• Lead and execute Trade Marketing activities to:

o Increase product distribution and market coverage o Drive sales performance across assigned channels

• Optimize brand visibility and merchandising effectiveness at point of sale

• Manage and control Trade Marketing budget efficiently for assigned areas/channels

B. Key Responsibilities

• Trade Program Planning & Execution o Design and implement promotion programs for distributors and dealers to optimize sell-in volume o Develop incentive and reward schemes (monthly/quarterly) for retailers and store owners o Build detailed activity plans for the traditional trade channel, ensuring alignment across product categories o Monitor program execution in the market to ensure correct targeting and effectiveness

• Sales Growth & Target Management o Allocate and manage Trade Marketing budget to achieve volume and market share targets o Collaborate closely with Field Sales teams to:

 Understand market needs

 Provide timely sales tools and activation programs o Support new product launches with a focus on rapid distribution expansion in traditional channels

• Market Analysis & ROI Evaluation o Analyze sales data periodically to evaluate promotion ROI and propose improvements o Track competitor pricing and promotion activities to recommend timely response o Conduct in-depth reports on shopper behavior to optimize trade strategies

• Cross-functional Coordination o Work with Supply Chain to forecast demand for major promotions and avoid stock shortages o Ensure all Trade Marketing activities comply with company financial processes and integrity standards

• Other Tasks o Perform additional assignments as directed by Line Manager

Skills:

- Strong understanding of the GT channel and how key accounts operate.

- Strong data analysis skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

- Solid understanding of the relationship between sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, stock availability, and demand.

- Hands-on, highly accountable, and able to collaborate effectively with Sales and Supply Chain teams

Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing within the FMCG or Food industry; At least 1 year in GT Channel, Frozen cate is preferred

• Language: English proficiency required
