Purpose of the position

Compliance Risk Control

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, Value Added Tax (VAT), and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) in full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.

• Reconcile tax reports with accounting records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Work with SAP software to extract data for tax reporting and ensure proper tax configuration in the system.

• Verify VAT invoices and ensure input VAT is valid and fully supported by documentation.

• Check the invoice adjustment minutes and send them back to the Operations department for further action.

• Accurately calculate and declare FCT for payments to overseas suppliers;

• Track and ensure timely payment of all tax liabilities, avoiding penalties and interest.

• Provide tax advisory support to internal departments on transactions, contracts, or new business activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years’ experience with the similar position. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is an advantage.

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

• Being able to work under pressure.

• Being good with figures, detail-oriented, responsible, careful, and a good team player

• Fast learner

• Good at time management, interpersonal & collaboration skills.

• SAP, Tango Skill

• Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of freight forwarding

• Language skill – English is the must
