Tuyển dụng Supervisor, Air Export (Freight Forwarder, HCMC) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Purpose of the position:

• Manage team achieve operational excellence and profit maximization and target set.

• Manage the booking from customers and Carriers

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving Bookings, contact with shipper and agent to arrange the shipment

• Working within SOP’s and quotation from Sales team and overseas offices.

• Inputs data into the system to create file, completing MAWBs and HAWBs, ensure correct & on time handling of files in accordance with relevant process for CW1

• Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices

• Timely invoicing clients/ agents and closing files

• Follow up payment for non-credit clients of local charge and freight prepaid

• Shipment track and trace updates

• Checking and confirm incoming invoice of airline on time & correctly

• Customer Service by following up on customer advices/ request or claim and feedback to customer and overseas stations and make respective shipment arrangements

• Inform Manager of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and feedback on subcontractors standards and services.

• Supervise the Team ensuring high standard of quality with regards to customer service, document processing and ensuring that the team achieve operational excellence and profit maximization and target set.

• Carry out approved proposed improvement and changes on procedures and systems

• Handles customers statistics and reports or any special request for updating system, if required.

• Take up additional tasks as assigned (e.g. support / share workloads with other teams, if needed/required)

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA Foreign Trade. In same or similar position in freight forwarding industry.

• Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics/ forwarding industry

• Basic geography knowledge, Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations

• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese, good PC skills and good communication skills.

• Management skills: Good customer management and problem-solving skills.

• Personality traits: Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent and assertive. A good team player.
