• Shape data product strategy: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs, customer pain points, and business opportunities, then translate them into data solution plans, product ideas, and roadmap priorities.
• Drive DMP and data product initiatives: Work on DMP-related products and data solutions, including audience segmentation, data activation, campaign performance analysis, and data use case evaluation to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Conduct market and technology research: Explore market trends, emerging data technologies, advertising solutions, and product benchmarks to identify new opportunities for solving customer problems and developing new data products.
• Build and deliver impactful data products: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and designers to prioritize, develop, and launch data products that align with business goals, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Operate and optimize loyalty gamification products: Support the implementation and operation of the Loyalty Gamification program for Đi Cùng Con based on an Earn & Burn model, while analyzing user behavior, engagement, retention, and loyalty drivers.
• Turn insights into business impact: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve product experience, optimize loyalty mechanics, increase user retention, support business growth, and promote data-driven decision making across the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role like Product Owner, Digital Transformation, or Business Analytics.
• Excellent data analysis skills. You can extract insights from data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong organization and analytical skills, coupled with experience in product strategic planning.
• Understanding of product design thinking and ability to create product wireframes is a plus.
• Good understanding of data technologies and a strong foundation in statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
• Keen business sense and ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including data scientists, analysts, developers, and business users.
