zStyle is Zalo’s premium personalization platform—enabling millions of users to express themselves through custom avatars, themes, music, and digital experiences across Vietnam’s largest messaging network.

We are expanding the team driving zStyle’s growth—not just to increase revenue, but to craft delightful product experiences that users genuinely want to pay for.

As part of this journey, zStyle is introducing an entirely new item-based premium content business (e.g., paid stickers, virtual collectibles) alongside our existing subscription model. As a Growth Product Owner, you'll play a key role in bringing this new business to life — translating product strategy into high-impact execution, shaping a brand-new revenue engine that reaches millions of users daily and truly owning business outcomes rather than just product features.

Own the product roadmap and priorities

• Own the product roadmap for one or more monetization initiatives, translating business objectives and customer insights into impactful product investments;
• Identify opportunities to improve user growth, engagement, and monetization through product experiences, pricing, packaging, and customer journeys.

Design, experiment, and run the growth engine

• Define product mechanics that help users discover, purchase, and engage with premium digital content, including offers, paywalls, contextual touchpoints, referral experiences, and renewal journeys;
• Conduct user and market research to understand customer needs, analyze competitor trends, and validate new monetization concepts before development;
• Run rapid experiments and develop clear growth hypotheses to continuously improve user lifecycle metrics (conversion, retention, and revenue);
• Monitor and analyze product performance, conversion funnels, and user behavior data to identify growth bottlenecks and validate decisions;
• Own business growth initiatives —leading opportunity sizing, user segmentation, and monetization campaigns to maximize value and conversion across the item-based premium content portfolio.

Lead cross-functional execution and launch

• Drive product development from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Engineering, QC, Design, and Data to ship high-quality features;
• Lead go-to-market and operational execution, collaborating with Product Marketing and Product Operations to ensure new monetization experiences and campaigns scale smoothly and reliably.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Strategy, or related roles within consumer technology;
• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimization;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user insights and business data into product decisions;
• Experience defining product roadmaps, writing product requirements, and managing cross-functional execution;
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, growth frameworks, and product analytics;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumer mobile products, social platforms, digital marketplaces, subscriptions, gaming, digital goods, virtual economies, or other monetization-focused businesses.
