Zalo Video is a short video platform built within the Zalo ecosystem, designed to deliver positive and engaging content to millions of users in Vietnam. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Partnership Specialist to spearhead our partner ecosystem and drive sustainable growth.

As a Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in building and expanding Zalo Video’s partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with partners while leading a team to deliver impactful partnership strategies that drive both content growth and business value.

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand and strengthen relationships with celebrities, public figures, artists, media organizations, government agencies, ministries, and local authorities, driving content growth and brand presence on Zalo Video.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring sustainable collaboration and maximizing partner engagement through content initiatives, campaigns, livestream activities, and platform features.
• Lead collaboration discussions and negotiations with celebrities, talent management agencies, production houses, broadcasters, government organizations, and other strategic partners to develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
• Represent Zalo Video at industry events, government meetings, press conferences, signing ceremonies, entertainment launches, and other partnership-related engagements.
• Design partnership frameworks and growth programs for different partner segments, including Celebrities, Talent Agencies, Media Partners, and Government/Public Sector Organizations, to drive content production, audience engagement, and platform adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Operations, Marketing, Monetization, and Communications teams to develop and execute partnership programs that support platform growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, creator ecosystem developments, entertainment industry movements, and public sector digital initiatives to identify new partnership opportunities and propose strategic recommendations.
• Set team objectives and KPIs, coach and manage team members, and ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives and business targets.
• Track partnership performance metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for management

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4-5 years of experience in Partnership/Business Development, preferably within short video platforms, social media, OTT, entertainment, or digital media.
• Experience in working with B2B partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills & ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry (TV shows, films, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Strong network within the creator ecosystem, including MCNs, agencies, production houses, and brands.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience managing teams of 5–10 people.
• Solid understanding of the short video market, user insights, and content trends.
