Tuyển dụng Senior Legal Executive (Full-Time) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Key Responsibilities:

-Real Estate & Leases (~30%): Draft, review, and negotiate leases, subleases, appendices, and handover records for retail stores, offices, and warehouses with major real estate developers; conduct legal due diligence and manage critical lease milestones.

-Commercial Agreements & International Partners (~20%): Review and negotiate English-language contracts with international brand partners (distribution, services, etc.); provide legal advice and manage commercial risks.

-Procurement, Construction & Vendor Contracts (~15%): Develop standard contract templates; review construction contracts, equipment procurement agreements, and support import-export contracts.

-Licensing, Legal Procedures & Compliance (~15%): Obtain and maintain business licenses, retail licenses, fire safety approvals, advertising/promotional permits, and ensure compliance with consumer goods/toy regulations.

-New Ventures & Corporate Legal (~10%): Support the establishment and corporate legal housekeeping for new subsidiaries and projects.

-Legal Operations & HR Support (~10%): Support labor law compliance and employment-related legal matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

-5+ years of relevant legal experience (In-house within retail, F&B, hospitality, real estate, FDI, or at reputable law firms).

-Hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and general commercial agreements.

-Solid understanding of Vietnamese laws: Civil Code, Commercial Law, Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Real Estate Business Law, Construction -Law, Labour Code, and licensing procedures.

-Professional English proficiency: Capable of drafting, redlining, and negotiating directly with foreign partners.

-Strong ability to explain legal risks in clear, practical business language.
