We build software solutions such as Connect and SpaPilot that help businesses manage their operations and workflows. We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer to turn complex requirements into intuitive, consistent, and visually polished product experiences.

Our software is built by AI. Clear specifications, well-defined interactions, and reusable design components are essential to our development process. You will work closely with the Product Manager and engineering team to shape the user experience and verify that the resulting software delivers it.

Your Responsibilities

Understand Users and Workflows

• Work with the Product Manager to understand users, business processes, and product requirements.

• Conduct interviews, workflow reviews, and usability tests to validate assumptions.

• Identify friction, unnecessary complexity, and opportunities to improve how users complete their tasks.

• Translate findings into practical design recommendations.

Design the Product Experience

• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Design efficient workflows for business software, including dashboards, forms, tables, and multi-step processes.

• Produce polished interface designs for relevant screen sizes and devices.

• Define interaction behaviour, including loading, empty, error, and success states.

• Account for accessibility, different user roles, and realistic data conditions.

• Explain design decisions and evaluate alternatives against user needs and product goals.

Prepare Designs for AI Development

• Translate designs into explicit interaction rules, component definitions, and documented interface states.

• Contribute design requirements to the structured specifications used to direct AI builds.

• Define navigation, validation, permissions-related behaviour, and edge cases clearly.

• Keep designs, specifications, and reusable components aligned.

• Work with engineering to improve how design requirements are translated into working software.

Review and Improve the Delivered Experience

• Review AI-built software against the intended designs and user journeys.

• Identify visual inconsistencies, interaction problems, and missing states.

• Document actionable corrections and verify the resulting changes.

• Conduct usability testing and support the team’s user acceptance testing activities.

• Use feedback from released products to improve the experience.

Build and Maintain a Design System

• Establish reusable components, interaction patterns, and design standards.

• Maintain consistency across products while respecting their different user needs.

• Align design components with the components used in production.

• Keep the design system practical, documented, and suitable for consistent AI implementation.

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing software products, ideally B2B, SaaS, or workflow-intensive applications.

• A portfolio showing your contribution from problem definition through design, implementation review, and learning.

• Strong interaction design and visual design skills.

• Practical experience with user research and usability testing.

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.

• Experience building or maintaining a design system.

• The ability to make complex workflows understandable and efficient.

• An understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end implementation constraints.

• The ability to express design intent through precise rules and specifications, alongside visual mockups.

• Confidence using AI tools and critically evaluating generated results.

• Strong professional English for discussions, documentation, and presenting design decisions.

How You Will Work

Our development process follows:

• Idea → Feature Description → Structured SPEC → AI Build → Review → UAT → Production

• The Product Manager owns product goals, priorities, requirements, and roadmap coordination. You own user experience, interaction design, and visual design. Engineering owns technical implementation and quality.

• You will contribute throughout the process—from exploring ideas and defining specifications to reviewing working software and improving the released product.

• This is a hands-on role combining research, design, specification, and implementation review.
