Job Overview

Are you passionate about creating social content that people genuinely want to watch, share, and engage with? MUJI Vietnam is looking for a creative storyteller who understands digital culture and knows how to turn brand messages and product value into engaging social-first content.

In this role, you will develop engaging content that strengthens MUJI's brand presence while driving meaningful engagement and business impact across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Content Creation

• Develop engaging content ideas that translate marketing objectives into social-first storytelling, while participating in the weekly content calendar planning.

• Create high-quality content across TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Instagram, including short-form videos, captions, and static visuals.

• In charge of end-to-end video content production, from scripting, shooting, on-camera presentation, voice-over recording to post editing.

• Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, new content formats and audience behavior to continuously introduce fresh content ideas and improve organic engagement performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside the Marketing department to conduct content that supports business objectives.

• Ensure all content reflects MUJI's brand philosophy while remaining relevant to Vietnamese audiences.

2. Social Channels Operation

• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels: handle content scheduling and publishing, profile maintenance, moderation, and responding to comments & messages.

• Collect and consolidate data for weekly and monthly social media reports, including content performance and social listening.

• Handle administrative documents and paperwork related to social media operations.

3. Creative Project Coordination

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.

• Participate in developing creative copy and concepts for creative projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Creative, or other relevant industries.

• Proven portfolio of engaging organic social content, showcasing strong storytelling through both copy and visuals. Prior experience creating content in the Fashion and Health & Beauty categories is an advantage.

• Proficient in on-camera presentations, video shooting and voice-over recording.

• Skilled in graphic design and video editing is a plus.

• Being an active user on social media with up-to-date knowledge of digital culture, internet trends and social media behaviors.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus.

• Comfortable presenting ideas and participating in creative discussions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
