Paid items production & Content library management - 80%

• Understand the market trend, able to find & propose suitable partners for paid content assets based on the requirements;
• Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to oversee the end-to-end production process and ensure the outcome from multiple partners;
• Resolve any issues or production challenges that arise during process;
• Handle content staging and and resolve technical content issues raised by stakeholders during operations;
• Collaborate closely with Designers to create engaging, high-quality visual paid content for zStyle (zStyle chat sticker,...);
• Prepare clear visual briefs and leverage AI-powered visual prompting tools to independently produce new content;
• Execute production plans, ensuring timelines align with the campaigns and sales launch schedules;
• Monitor and analyze content performance using internal data tools, then derive insights to improve future content;

Creative proposing & trend applying – 20%

• Propose new content angle and creative directions to expand the zStyle content library and paid offerings;

Identify emerging social and visual trends, and translate them into timely, relevant content opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year experience in Content team, or Production team. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome;
• Experienced managing multiple projects/partnerships simultaneously;
• Experience in visual briefing or AI visual prompting, as the role focuses heavily on visual content production;
• Proactive at work is a must;
• Sensitive to creativity & social trends;
• Background from Tech startup, companies is a plus.
