• Monitor and evaluate news content and community trends to ensure content is timely, accurate, and relevant to the platform’s audience
• Distribute content across multiple platforms, ensuring the right content is delivered through the right channels at the right time
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and event-based content distribution activities
• Analyze content performance metrics, such as pageviews, CTR, retention, and other relevant indicators, and propose data-driven improvements

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2-3 years of experience in content, news, sports media, social media, or related fields
• Strong sensitivity to daily news, community trends, and audience interests, especially in sports content
• Hands-on experience in managing sports fanpages, short-form sports videos, or social-first content is highly preferred
• Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, extract insights from dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations
• Detail-oriented and careful in daily content operations, especially when handling fast-moving news and real-time updates
• Hardworking, responsible, and highly committed to content quality and product performance
• Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the potential to grow into a team lead or content operations lead role
