This is a full-time, on-site position based at the VNG Campus, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Support the Project Lead/Manager in developing work plans and tracking the progress of Zalo Video campaigns and projects.
• Gather information and coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Partnership (PNS), Product, Engineering (Tech), Content, and other relevant teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Collect operational data and prepare weekly/monthly reports, as well as post-campaign performance reports.
• Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); assist in resolving operational issues under the Manager’s guidance.
• Support the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing projects for Zalo Video.

• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or Product Assistant. Candidates with proven experience coordinating university projects or student clubs are also encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Mindset and Industry Awareness: Proactive, solution-oriented, and familiar with—or a frequent user of—short-form video platforms.
