- Promote and support the adoption of AI and Digital Transformation initiatives.

- Train and guide employees in the effective use of AI tools and modern workplace technologies.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

- Develop and maintain simple internal tools, workflows, and automation solutions.

- Support ERP-related enhancements and business system improvements.

- Work closely with departments to transform business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Must Have

- Good understanding of AI technologies and Digital Transformation concepts.

- Strong interest in business improvement and automation.

- Good communication and training skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.

- University graduated and English fluent.

Technical Skills

- Experience with Excel VBA/Macros, Power Automate, Office Scripts

- Basic development skills in .NET, JavaScript, Python or similar programming languages.

- Knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL databases.

- Understanding of ERP/Accounting/HR systems.

- Basic administration knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu).

Preferred Experience

- 0-2 years in IT, Business Applications, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT, or other AI solutions is an advantage.

- Experience with Cloud services – Microsoft Azure is an advantage.

- Japanese company experience is preferred.
