- Education Level/certificates

• Essential: 4th-year students of UEH (University of Economics Ho Chi Minh) or FTU (Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh)
• Preferably: Major in banking or finance

- Other conditions

• Grade Point Average: 8.0 or above
• Language Proficiency: English (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 700 or above)

- Experience and skills

• Preferable for anyone who participated any extracurricular activities or obtained any university/provincial/national awards
• Good communication, good time management, interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
• Active, responsible, trustworthy, careful.
• Good office computer skills
• Fluent English & Vietnamese

- Other soft skills (Preferrable)

• Any extracurricular activities
• Any national/university awards
