HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Organization Structure Management

Review, update, and propose improvements to the organizational structure of the assigned business units.

Workforce Planning

Identify workforce needs, develop headcount plans, and participate in controlling personnel costs.

Recruitment

Identify recruitment needs, define selection criteria, and provide input on recruitment proposals.

Onboarding and Probation

Support employee onboarding, probation evaluations, and related HR procedures.

Performance Management

Participate in developing, reviewing, and periodically evaluating KPIs for positions.

Training and Development

Identify training needs, monitor training effectiveness, and propose employee development programs.

Talent and Succession Management

Identify high-potential and key employees and develop succession, promotion, and rotation plans.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Act as a bridge between employees and management, understand employee concerns, and handle grievances and arising issues.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Advise on and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and labor laws.
• HR Reporting and Operations: Prepare HR reports, personnel decisions, conduct periodic employee dialogues, and handle other assigned HR-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledge

Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR practices.

Language

English communication skills.

Computer skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills; project management and change management capabilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Personal qualities

• Careful, flexible, responsible, and able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to the Company’s factories as required.
