HR Business Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical HR advice on workforce, organization and people matters.

• Support workforce planning, organization review and people-related actions across assigned business units.

• Maintain close engagement with managers and employees to identify issues early and facilitate timely solutions.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Provide hands-on support on employee relations, labor matters, performance concerns, attendance, discipline, grievances and employee communication.

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures and relevant labor requirements.

• Coordinate with HR specialist teams to ensure effective delivery of recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and other HR services.

Talent, Performance & Organization Development

• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of critical positions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.

• Drive performance management, talent review, succession planning and employee development activities.

• Coach managers on people management practices and support capability-building initiatives.

HR Data, Projects & Improvement

• Monitor key HR indicators such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, vacancies and labor costs; provide clear analysis and practical recommendations.

• Lead or support HR projects involving process improvement, employee engagement, organizational change and HR systems or data.

• Visit assigned business locations as required to understand operational needs, support implementation and follow up on agreed actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law or a related field.

• Professional HR certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or broad HR generalist role. Solid experience working with business leaders and managing a broad range of HR matters.

• Practical knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, labor compliance, workforce planning, performance management and talent development.

• Good understanding of Vietnam labor regulations and HR practices.

• Able to analyze HR data and translate findings into practical actions and recommendations.

• Hands-on, practical and business-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through.

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently across different business units and priorities while maintaining HR governance.

• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.

• Willing to travel frequently according to business requirements.
