1. MISSION OF THE POSITION | MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

• Ensuring effective implementation of HR systems, administration, policies & procedures following local legalization, whilst maintaining Fusion’s standards in HR management.

• This position is responsible for implementing effective and efficient day to day training, communication, administration and reporting, to and between the hotel’s departments and individuals, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled workforce.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES | VAI TRÒ & TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

• Ensure that all departmental operations and training manuals are prepared and updated annually.

• Ensure that hotel and departmental organization charts and benefit grid are up to date and supported by detailed policies.

• Ensure that all departments and employees adhere to all company / hotel personnel / training policies & procedures and the contents of the employee handbook.

• To be hands-on and observe, review and improve personnel and training practices and procedures throughout the hotel departments.

• Assist General Manager in compiling all the departments' written policies & procedures into the hotel's own in-house policy manuals.

• Establish a competitive salary scale according to the current industrial / market situation and ensure a balanced payroll throughout the organization for years to come.

• Work with the General Manager, Financial Controller, and Corporate Human Resources to prepare the annual human resources business plan that identifies areas of operation where productivity requires enhancement.

• Ensures that the department's operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.

• Recruit, select, and assist in the hiring process of all other hotel employees.

• Ensure that each head of department maximizes productivity and morale with their respective department and consistently maintain discipline following hotel policies & procedures and local legalization.

• Assist in the building of an efficient team of employees through multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling and by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.

• Develop departmental trainers, assign training responsibilities and meet with department trainer monthly.

• Conduct yearly performance appraisal and give employee regular feedback on their performance.

• Ensure that each section of the human resources division is managed efficiently, maximizing utilization of technology.

• Review the policies periodically and recommend necessary adjustments to the General Manager, according to current industrial trends and requirements of the Labor Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• 4-5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

• Hotel HR experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English
