Tuyển dụng HR Staff tại Bắc Ninh

• Manage attendance, overtime, leave, and attendance exceptions.
• Prepare attendance reports for payroll and maintain HR records.
• Support daily HR administrative activities.
• Prepare HR reports for Management, Headquarters, and government authorities.
• Maintain workforce data and HR dashboards.
• Support mass recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment events.
• Administer employee insurance programs, process enrollments and claims, and coordinate with insurance providers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, Payroll, or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; HRIS/ERP experience is preferred.
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
