• Venue Presence: Be visibly and regularly present across the venues; speak directly with managers and staff and understand operational challenges, morale and manpower needs.
• HR Business Partnering: Act as the main HR partner to Venue Managers / HODs and coach them to manage their own teams effectively.
• Policies & SOPs: Own HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, HR forms and people-management standards.
• Manpower Planning: Lead manpower planning, organization structure, job descriptions and headcount control.
• Recruitment: Oversee recruitment priorities and personally support key or management-level hiring.
• Employee Relations: Own employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations and termination processes with fair documentation and legal compliance.
• Performance Management: Own performance-management and appraisal processes, including probation and performance-improvement follow-up (PIP).
• Training & Development: Build the annual people/training plan; coordinate with Operations so FOH technical/service training is delivered by the appropriate operational leaders.
• HR Analytics: Monitor turnover, absenteeism, retention, engagement and recurring staff issues; provide practical actions rather than only reports.
• C&B Oversight: Oversee C&B, payroll controls, benefits, labour contracts, BHXH and HR compliance while day-to-day execution remains with C&B.
• Reporting: Prepare concise monthly HR reporting for management: headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, people issues, training and actions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the 3-person HR team and ensure responsibilities do not unnecessarily shift from HODs to HR.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: Min 5 years of HR generalist / HRBP / People experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, supervisory or lead capacity.
• Industry Preference: Strong preference for F&B, hospitality, retail or another multi-site, high-headcount service business.
• Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Vietnam labour law, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
• Communication: Comfortable dealing directly with FOH employees as well as senior management.
• Attributes: Hands-on, approachable and confident in difficult staff conversations; not overly corporate or process-heavy.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexibly around restaurant operating hours when venue or employee matters require it.
• Languages: Working/professional English and strong Vietnamese communication.
