KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives;

• Leading talent acquisition, succession planning and organizational development initiatives;

• Establishing and enhancing performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and talent development programs;

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal regulations and corporate governance requirements;

• Advising the Executive Management Team on organizational development, workforce planning and people-related matters;

• Building and fostering a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

• University graduate.

Experience:

• 7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years of experience in management position.

Knowledge:

• Vietnam labor law and relevant legislation.

• HR Management knowledge, including C&B, training, recruitment…

Skills:

• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills.

• Good management and planning skills.

Others

• Result oriented, passion in sales, good teamwork.
