Tuyển dụng HR Generalist (Up To 16M) tại Hà Nội

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support both talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations. This role combines approximately 50% recruitment responsibilities with 50% other HR tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (50%)

• Internal Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for active openings, via LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct sourcing channels.
• Headhunting: Actively map the market, headhunt, and approach candidates across diverse levels (Junior to Leader) and domains (Tech & Non-Tech), with a strong focus on sourcing talent within the Blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from the first approach to the final offer stage.

HR Operations & Administration (50%)

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
• Handle HR documentation, employee records, labor contracts, and daily HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
• Handle general administrative tasks and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• C&B Support: Assist with monthly time-attendance tracking, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
• SOPs: Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, regulations, and HR systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, records, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Other Assigned Tasks: Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 -4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
• Skills: Highly organized with a systematic mindset to balance recruitment targets with structural HR operations.
• Language & Tools: Good command of English (B1-B2), prefer experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRM software.
• Process & System Operations (Preferred): Strongly preferred candidates with a proven track record or experience in building HR processes, drafting policies/regulations, and operating HR systems.
• Prior experience working at headhunting firms (or executive search/recruitment agencies specializing in headhunting) is a plus

• Bonus: based on your performance
• Only 1 month probationary period (85% salary). Lunch allowance and social insurance after signing the labor contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)
