Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and support workforce planning.

Oversee HR compliance, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.

Handle complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and workplace conflicts.

Lead workplace investigations into employee misconduct, policy breaches, and ethical concerns, providing objective assessments and actionable recommendations.

Manage and continuously enhance core HR functions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing professional HR guidance and advice to senior management.

Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while ensuring efficient HR operations and service delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.

At least 7 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Solid HR generalist experience with hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions.

Demonstrated expertise in labor law compliance, employee relations, and workplace investigations.

Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor legislation and HR best practices.

Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments, preferably within fintech, technology, digital banking, or startup businesses.

Experience working in multinational or regional organizations is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to manage sensitive employee matters.

High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders.

Effective leadership, communication, and execution capabilities.
