• Identify and develop new international markets for the company’s products and services
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and detect sales opportunities.
• Develop detailed sales plans aligned with assigned targets.
• Actively search for, approach, and negotiate with international customers to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
• Create customized sales proposals to meet client-specific needs.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with global clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.

Yêu cầu công việc

• From 1 year of experience in international sales with a proven track of records.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge with office skills.
• Knowledge of export, logistics, and customs procedures is a plus
• Proven engagement skills, including relationship-building, negotiation and closing
• Desire to stay long-term with the company in the next development phase.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Salary: 13,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND/month, can be negotiable.
• Allowance: lunch allowance (30,000 VND/day), phone allowance
• Bonus: 2 times/year evaluation for salary review salary and bonus, bonus for Lunar Tet, New Year's Day, 30th April & 1st May holiday, and National Day 2nd Sept.
