1. Digital Technology Park Strategy & Master planning

• Develop the overall development strategy, positioning, value proposition, business model, land use program, functional mix, and development phasing.

• Lead the preparation of planning briefs, coordinate with planning, and design consultants to ensure the DT Park vision is incorporated into the 1/2000 and

1 /500 master plans.

• Contribute to GS's broader Smart City strategy by identifying new innovation opportunities, strategic partnerships, and future development initiatives beyond the Digital Technology Park.

2. Government & Stakeholder management

• Coordinate with central and local authorities on planning, investment, and regulatory matters.

• Monitor relevant policies and identify incentives that support the project development.

• Build and maintain relationships with key government agencies, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders.

3. Ecosystem & Business development

• Develop partnerships with technology companies, universities, research institutes, and innovation organizations.

• Identify and engage anchor tenants and strategic partners.

• Develop the investment attraction strategy and commercial positioning; engage in partnership negotiations.

4. Project leadership

• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout project development.

• Prepare strategic analyses and reports for Management.

• Monitor project progress, key milestones, risks, and implementation issues.

1. Experience and specialization

10–15 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Digital Technology Parks, Smart Cities, High-Tech Parks, or similar developments.

Experience in government liaison, planning, investment promotion, or regulatory approvals.

Experience in master planning, business strategy, ecosystem development, and strategic partnerships.

Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.

2. Language: Business-level English

3. Computer:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, or project management tools is an advantage
