The CEO will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the company's manufacturing and business operations.

The role is accountable for ensuring efficient factory operations, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, controlling production costs, driving business growth and maximizing overall profitability.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman / General Director to translate business objectives into actionable strategies and ensure effective coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Overall Business & Factory Operations Management

Oversee and manage all business functions, including Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, HR & Administration, Procurement, Sales and Finance & Accounting.

Ensure smooth, efficient and continuous factory operations, meeting production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.

Monitor production efficiency, equipment utilization, labor productivity and operational performance.

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, minimize material waste and optimize operating costs.

Review and propose investment plans for machinery, equipment and production line upgrades to improve manufacturing capacity and efficiency.

B. Financial Management & Cost Control

Develop annual business plans, operating budgets and financial plans for the Chairman's approval.

Take ownership of overall business performance, including revenue, operating expenses, gross profit margin and net profit.

Establish and maintain effective systems for production cost calculation, analysis and control.

Monitor raw material consumption, production costs, labor costs and operational expenses.

Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable/payable and inventory turnover to ensure efficient working capital management.

Analyze financial and operational performance and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

C. Business Strategy & Sales Management

Develop and execute business strategies for both domestic and export markets.

Lead and monitor sales activities, customer development and market expansion.

Establish and control sales pricing, commercial discounts, contract terms and customer credit policies within delegated authority.

Work closely with Production and Procurement teams to ensure production planning and supply meet business requirements.

Monitor sales performance and drive the achievement of revenue and profitability targets

D. Quality Management & Compliance

Ensure products consistently meet food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management systems, with a focus on HACCP, BRCGS, IFS and other relevant international standards.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental regulations and fire prevention requirements.

Identify and manage operational, production and product quality risks.

Ensure timely delivery of products in accordance with customer specifications and contractual commitments.

E. Organization & People Management

Lead, manage and evaluate the performance of Department Heads and the overall management team.

Establish an effective organizational structure, clear reporting lines, responsibilities and performance KPIs.

Develop management capabilities and build a disciplined, accountable and performance-driven working culture.

Standardize internal policies, procedures and management systems to improve operational efficiency.

Provide regular business performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to the Chairman / General Director.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, Food Technology, Finance or other relevant fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management position such as CEO, COO, General Manager or Plant Director, with overall business or manufacturing management responsibilities.

Solid experience in manufacturing operations is required.

Candidates from the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industries will be strongly preferred.

Experience in both domestic and export business operations is an advantage.

Experience managing a manufacturing business or factory of a similar scale is preferred.

Strong overall business management capabilities, with the ability to oversee Production, Sales, Finance, HR and Operations.

Good understanding of corporate financial management, P&L management, manufacturing cost structures and cost optimization.

Ability to develop business strategies, annual operating plans and practical implementation plans.

Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, particularly HACCP, BRCGS or IFS, is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Hands-on management approach with the ability to work closely with factory operations and address operational issues directly.

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and work directly with foreign shareholders and senior management.

Nationality: Vietnamese or Indonesian.

Preferred age: Under 40 years old.

Practical, proactive and willing to be hands-on in factory operations.

Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a lean, flexible SME environment.
