General requirements for the position: Lawyer, with over 10 years of professional experience, especially in the field of litigation, dispute resolution, suspicion and finance or banking.

Scope of responsibility:

• In charge legal matters for Vietnam and International market, focus on the following matters: consulting on handling daily emergencies; supporting the worship style, litigation; consulting and determining capital transactions, financial transactions; consulting on transaction verification for the EV Car sales sector.

• Advise the Board of Directors on strategic legal issues

• Analyze legal risks and propose solutions to the Board of Directors for issues arising during the Company's operations.

• Consult, appraise, and supervise the drafting of documents and papers related to corporate governance, company system organization, and business and investment activities

• Supervise and coordinate the development and appraisal of processes, regulations, and statutes within the Company

• Preside over the appraisal and negotiation of the Company's contracts, ensuring the Company's interests

• Supervise the implementation of compliance control activities as required.
