• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales performance reports.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the seafood industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of seafood products, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with seafood processing, import/export, or food manufacturing companies.
• Established network within the seafood industry is an advantage.
• Experience in key account management and business development.
• Carry out work safely for yourself and your colleagues.
• Capacity for organized of workers depending of target proposal.
• Strong leadership.
• Confidentiality and compromise.
• Ensure the safety of all staff.
• Fluent English listening, writing, speaking.
• Report to Head of Sales and Operations.
• Is recommendable at least visit to some expo-show for can learn about sales and products.
• Develop relationships with partners and food processing factories to identify new technologies and applications.
• Explore opportunities to optimize processes and reduce operational costs for customers.
• Act as the key contact person for assigned customers and projects.
