RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Communication

• Be the first point of contact for candidates by email, chat, and video calls
• Write clear, friendly, professional messages that make people want to work with us
• Answer candidate questions quickly and keep them updated at every stage
• Make sure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a good impression of NIA

Sourcing Support

• Search for candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Discord, Behance, YouTube, and other communities
• Send personalized outreach messages (not copy-paste spam) to people who are not actively looking
• Grow and maintain talent lists for our repeat roles (editors, thumbnail designers, writers)

Screening & Coordination

• Do first-round screening of applications and portfolios using our criteria
• Schedule interviews across time zones and send trial tasks
• Track trial task progress and collect results for reviewers
• Keep the applicant tracker accurate every day

Data & Improvement

• Track basic hiring numbers (how many applied, who passed each stage, where candidates came from)
• Tell the team what you notice: which messages get replies, which channels bring good people, where candidates drop out
• Help write down our hiring process so anyone can follow it

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Strong written and spoken English. You are the first impression of this company for every candidate. We will test this.
• Comfortable messaging and talking to strangers, including people who did not ask to hear from you.
• Very organized. You can track many candidates and deadlines at once without dropping anything.
• Fast learner who takes feedback well and applies it quickly.
• Basic skills with Google Sheets or Excel, and comfort learning new tools.
• Real interest in YouTube, online content, or creative work.

Nice-to-Have

• Any people-facing work experience (customer service, sales, community management, HR internship, teaching, events).
• A good eye for creative work. You can look at a video or thumbnail and say why it is good or not.
• Experience working with people from different countries and cultures.
• A degree or coursework in HR, business, communications, or psychology.
• Active in online creative communities (Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, Behance).
• RESULTS

Success in this role looks like

• First 30 days: You know our roles, our process, and our tools. Candidates get fast, clear replies from you.
• First 60 days: You run the full trial-task stage on your own and keep the tracker 100% accurate.
• First 90 days: You source and screen candidates on your own for at least one repeat role, and some of them get hired.
• Ongoing: Candidates, even rejected ones, say good things about how they were treated. The senior team spends less time on coordination and more time on closing hires.

• Up to 18,000,000 VND/month gross (or higher, based on capability)
• (85% of actual rate during 2-month trial period)
