Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Control (QA) Specialist to join our team at VTII. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development practices.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for software development projects.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.

- Document test cases, test results, and quality metrics to track progress and improvements.

- Participate in Agile and Waterfall development processes to enhance product quality.

- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.

- Assist in the development of quality documentation in compliance with CMMi, ISO, and Agile QA standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a QA position.

Understanding of software development models such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.

Skills in process management, documentation, analysis, and quality assessment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in developing quality processes such as CMMI, ISO, Agile QA, etc.

Experience in auditing IT projects.

Skills in training and coaching project teams on processes.

CMMI, ISO 9001, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
